We use a very small marketing budget because people see the bus in neighborhoods and want to book it. Currently all we do to generate our business is run Facebook ads and from time to time we contact Day Cares, Schools and Summer Camps.   To grow the business, you could use our marketing techniques and systems to reach out to carnivals, churches, community events and 5k fun races.

CORPORATE OWNED vs. LOCAL OWNER

We created the Bubble Truck concept two days after COVID hit on March 20th, 2020.  All of the axe throwing bars,, restaurants, escape rooms and The Game Show Game Show in Chicago that we owned got shut down basically overnight.  The number one thing in the news at the time that was promoting that it killed Corona was soap.  We thought that is what we should be selling.

In 2014 we produced the Bubble Palooza, a 5k Bubble Run that had events in five different states and we learned how to make bubbles!  The most popular part of the event was the Bubble Bash Party at the end of the race where everyone had extreme fun playing in mountains of bubbles and dancing to music.  It went on for hours.

We took the Bubble Bash Party and made it mobile and it is a hit! People see the Bubble Truck and they swarm to book it.

In year three, we have learned that our ability to continually manage the number of locations remotely from Ohio while building other businesses, took a lot of our time and effort and we couldn’t do it effectively like a local owner could.  We thus began to franchise the model this year and local owners are seeing better results than we are as they can focus on the business.

Being able to check in on the business, eliminate corporate manager salaries and spend time growing the business are advantages to the local owner that our corporate structure won’t allow.   Sharing the knowledge and support of our franchise structure is a huge win and the perfect fit for this business model.

The Numbers
